Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a clean, attractive workplace that enhances the facility's appearance and public relations for the United States Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division.

This PWS outlines requirements for custodial services, including personnel, supplies, supervision, and equipment. • Site Visit: Highly encouraged prior to offer submission.

• Hours of Operation: Services to be performed between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, unless prior approval is obtained for non-duty hours.

• Personnel: Must be capable, experienced, and able to communicate in English. A list of employees must be provided 15 days prior to performance start.

• Contractor Representative: An onsite representative with decision-making authority is required during normal duty hours.

• Security: Contractor personnel must abide by all security regulations, undergo checks, and complete AT Level I awareness training and OPSEC training.

• Key Control: Strict procedures for handling government-provided keys.

• Safety: Compliance with OSHA, provision of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used.

• Reporting: Service Contract Reporting into SAM.gov is required.

• Antiterrorism/OPSEC: Mandatory training for all personnel requiring access.

• Government Furnished Items: Utilities (electricity, steam, water, etc.) will be provided.

• Contractor Furnished Items: All other necessary supplies, equipment, and services not listed as government-furnished.
