The contractor will provide non-personal custodial services for all designated spaces within the USARC buildings, including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, drill/assembly halls, auditoriums, and stairways. Services are categorized into weekly, monthly, and annual tasks:
- Weekly Services: Emptying waste, sweeping/damp mopping restroom floors, cleaning and disinfecting restroom fixtures (commodes, urinals, sinks, mirrors), replenishing contractor-furnished supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, soap), and cleaning floor drains.
- Monthly Services: Cleaning drinking fountains, walk-on/off mats, sweeping/damp mopping non-restroom floors, spray cleaning and buffing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors, and disinfecting shower/locker rooms.
