Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive electronic fingerprinting services, including:
- Facilities and Personnel: Furnishing all necessary fingerprinting facilities, trained personnel, and equipment.
- Scheduling: Implementing a web-based, self-scheduling capability for candidates, coordinating with CBP's Hiring Center, Office of Professional Responsibility, and Office of Information and Technology.
- Data Capture & Management: Electronically capturing fingerprints for background investigations and maintaining a web-based data system accessible by CBP personnel for tracking and reporting. All collected data must be exposed for integration via web services.
- Geographic Coverage: Providing services nationwide, including the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Saipan, within a 60-mile radius of the candidate's zip code.
- Testing Environment: Providing a testing environment that mimics CBP's production environment to ensure system updates function correctly.

- Contract Type: Single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Fixed Unit Price orders.
- Estimated Value: Approximately $9,000,000.00 (not a ceiling or floor).
- Period of Performance: The BPA ordering period is estimated to begin on June 24, 2026, and expire on June 23, 2031, comprising five 12-month annual ordering periods. Task Orders will generally be for no more than 12 months.
