Capabilities & Requirements
Interested firms must provide up to three example projects (95% complete or completed in the past five years) as prime contractor. Projects should demonstrate similar scope, including: 1) construction of a building within a building; 2) new construction with micro-pile foundations; 3) new construction of facilities at least 3 stories tall, requiring progressive collapse construction, Office, Conference/Training Spaces, and Secure Rooms. Projects should also be a minimum of 45,000 square feet. This project will require Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (C3PAO) Certification. Subcontractors are encouraged to submit interest, identifying features of work and socio-economic category.
