This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, specifically for a D-Day Aerial Demonstration and Static Display featuring B-17, P-38, and P-47 aircraft. This announcement serves as the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

• Provide a D-Day Aerial Demonstration and Static Display (B-17, P-38, P-47) IAW the attached Statement of Work.

• The demonstration is to occur daily during the 2026 Fairchild AFB Open House and Air Show.

• Lodging and Transportation may be provided if requested and available.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

• Period of Performance: 06 June 2026 – 07 June 2026

• FOB: Destination

• The government reserves the right to cancel the RFQ.

• Quotes are requested and must be submitted by 24 April 2026, 10:00 AM PT.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide aerial demonstrations and static displays of vintage aircraft (B-17, P-38, P-47) during the 2026 Fairchild AFB Open House and Air Show.

• Perform one aerial demonstration daily on June 6 and June 7, 2026, each lasting approximately 10-15 minutes between 1000 and 1600 PST.

• Provide a static display of the aircraft when not performing.

• Performers must interact with the crowd for autographs, photos, and questions outside of act preparation time.

• Coordinate with the Air Boss and event announcer regarding performer requirements and information.

• Submit a list of performing personnel for security checks two weeks after contract award.

• June 6-7, 2026, at Fairchild AFB.

• Performers must arrive in time for a safety briefing on Friday, June 5, 2026.

• Contractor is responsible for their own round-trip commercial air transportation to Spokane, WA.

• Contractor must coordinate with the military Air Boss for smoke oil, fuel, engine oil, oxygen, and nitrogen requirements.

• Contractor must provide a description of the routine to the Air Boss prior to the event for safety protocol review.

• Vehicle passes for base and display ramp access.

• Assistance with retrieving contractor-rented vehicles (if requested).

• Limited site access with military escort for Skyfest functions, receptions, briefings, and media day events.

• Access to telephone and computer equipment for aircrews.

• Lodging at the Fairchild Inn may be reserved if available (checkout by June 7, 2026).
