  • Ongoing OEM-authorized maintenance and technical support for the base period plus four option years. Instrument Manager is an existing, validated middleware supporting secure transmission of laboratory instrument results to the VistA Laboratory Information System (LIS).

  • Period of Performance: Base Year (07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027) plus four option years, extending through 06/30/2031.
  • Place of Performance: Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, Charleston, SC. Remote OEM support may also be performed offsite.
  • Sole Source Justification: This acquisition is under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) as Four Points Technology, LLC is identified as the only authorized Government reseller of Data Innovations products and services. Data Innovations is the sole manufacturer and developer, and only they can provide the necessary proprietary access and certified technical staff.

    • OEM-certified professional services for migration, integration, rule-writing, autoverification, and VistA LIS interface support.
