Scope of Work
TTI will provide comprehensive maintenance, follow-on support, and warranty services for the in-house paging (beeper) systems at VA Beckley, WV facilities. The primary objective is to ensure 100% uptime for patient safety and timely page reception. Services include:
- Maintenance for ACCESS 3000 Paging Terminal (Qty 2) and its components (S3GB M-Term Card, S3GD Secondary Card, S3PA Power Supply, S3GB Telephone Card, C3CA Computer I/F).
- Maintenance for RPR553 Voice, Alpha Pager (Qty 20).
- Maintenance for TTI OVATION (Qty 150).
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage.
