• The amendment includes responses to industry questions, clarifying that approximately 870 data/telecom drop ports are to be tested and certified. Inaccessible/blocked ports are not excluded from the testing count and the Government will be responsible for providing access.

• Access to executive quarters will be scheduled on an ad hoc basis, requiring Government escorts.

• Work will be performed during the work week (no weekends or holidays) between the hours of 0600 and 2100.

• The deadline for completion of testing and deliverables is now tied to contract award (10 business days after award), rather than a fixed date of June 15, 2026.
