The proposal due date and time remain unchanged: 09 June 2026 at 11:00 AM ET. Offerors must submit their proposals via email to Megan Murphy at Megan.R.Murphy@usace.army.mil. Acknowledgment of all amendments and proposals are due at that time. Proposals not received by the stated date/time will not be considered. Offerors are reminded to sign and return the acknowledgement form with their proposal.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to Solicitation Number W912QR-60722627 revises the following:

• Proposal Due Date: Extended from May 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET to June 09, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET.

• Wage Determination: Wage Determination OH20260001 dated January 2, 2026, has been revised and replaced in its entirety with OH20260001 dated May 18, 2026.

• The proposal submission deadline.

• The applicable Wage Determination.

Bidders must submit their proposals by the new deadline of June 09, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET via email to Megan Murphy at Megan.R.Murphy@usace.army.mil. Proposals not received by this time will not be considered. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the provided acknowledgement form with their proposal.

Solicitation

This solicitation is for Design-Build Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for the replacement of the Roosevelt and Pershing Avenue bridges at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) in Columbus, OH. The project involves designing and constructing new precast reinforced bridge systems to replace existing cast-in-place bridge culverts.

• Design and construction of new precast arch bridge culverts.

• Replacement of existing undersized culverts.

• Associated utilities, storm drainage, paving, markings, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, exterior lighting, grading, erosion prevention and sediment control, and physical security requirements.
