Purpose & Scope

This two-part Industry Day aims to provide an overview of the upcoming PV Fieldwork requirement, discuss project scope, and gather industry feedback on the attached Draft Architecture. DCSA is particularly interested in vendors who can demonstrate strategic fieldwork optimization, prioritizing scheduling through capacity, productivity, geography, and risk management to ensure timeliness and quality standards.

Event Details

  • Part 1 (Virtual Briefing): Monday, June 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM EDT (MS Teams). This session will present the Requirement and the Fieldwork Contracts Draft Architecture (Attachment 1).
  • Part 2 (One-on-One Sessions): Monday, June 22, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EDT. These are optional hybrid individual sessions (in-person at 131 Rebecca Lane, Slippery Rock, PA 16057, or virtual) for discussing proprietary or sensitive approaches. Slots are 45 minutes and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. An optional "flex" day (virtual only) is scheduled for June 23, 2026.

Registration & Submission Instructions

  • Registration (Due NLT June 10, 2026): Companies must register via email to matthew.w.reed10.civ@mail.mil and cheryl.j.hall6.civ@mail.mil with the subject "Confirmation of Industry Day Attendance – Company Name". Include company details, attendee information, and one-on-one session request/preference.
  • Initial Questions (Due NLT June 10, 2026): Submit questions based on the Draft Architecture using Attachment 2 (Question and Answer Template) via email with the subject "Initial Industry Day Questions – Company Name".
  • Supplemental Questions & Feedback (Due NLT June 25, 2026): After the event, companies may submit final questions and feedback using Attachment 2. These will be considered non-proprietary, and responses will be published to registered attendees.

Attachments & Access

  • Attachment 1: Fieldwork Contracts Draft Architecture contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and requires restricted access via SAM.gov. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration, a current SPRS NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment score, and include their CAGE Code in the access request.
  • Attachment 2: Question and Answer Template is an Excel file for submitting questions.
