Scope of Work
This requirement is for 112 DDUx II kits and associated technical and administrative support. The government possesses unlimited rights to the HIMARS and MLRS launcher production level 3 Technical Data Packages (TDP) but has restricted rights for the DDUx II subcomponent product level TDP, which cannot be used for competition.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement, not exceeding 10 pages (Times New Roman 10 pitch), via email. The statement should include:
- Company name, address, CAGE Code, Point of Contact (POC), email, and phone number.
- Business size classification.
- DCSA accreditation letter for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) housing.
- A tailored capacity statement detailing:
- Past performance on similar requirements.

- Previous teaming arrangements and scope.
- Magnitude of effort (FTEs, ceiling price, obligation, subcontractor details).
- Experience handling CUI per NIST SP 800-171, 800-171A, 800-172, and 800-172A.
