Statement of Work (SOW)

• Repeated malfunctions of any system component more than three times within one quarter are unacceptable.

• The contract period of performance includes a Base Year (6/15/2026 - 6/14/2027) and two Option Years.

• Services will be performed at the VA Medical Facility, 6900 N. Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
