Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide and maintain portable latrines and handwashing stations in the Del Rio, Texas Sector to ensure field sanitation and support job requirements.

• Supply, place, service, and maintain 14 portable latrines and 7 handwashing stations.

• All units must be serviced every forty-eight (48) hours, including cleaning, waste removal, water replenishment, restocking of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap), and refilling deodorizing chemicals.

• Routine scheduled maintenance is required; repairs or replacements must be completed within 24-48 hours.

• Units must be relocatable within five (5) business days upon Government request.

• Contractor is responsible for all spill cleanup in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Contractor is responsible for dumping grey water and obtaining necessary licenses/permits.

• Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) are defined for various tasks, including service frequency, repair/replacement times, relocation times, and QCP submission.

• Specific standards for latrine and handwashing station condition, cleanliness, functionality, and waste disposal are detailed.

• A Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be developed and submitted within 30 days of contract award.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (12 months) plus four (4) 12-month option years, starting April 15, 2026.

• Place of Performance: Del Rio, Texas Sector.

• Non-personal services contract.
