• Justification: The Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) requires these specific Dell brand-name laptops for advanced research, VPN workstations, and demanding processing tasks. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of New Dell Pro 7 Series 14 Laptops and compatible docking stations for the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL). The laptops will serve as VPN workstations to support research studies related to undersea human factors, sensory sciences, and operational medicine.

• Quantity: 4 Dell Pro 7 Series 14 Laptops and 4 Dell Pro Thunderbolt 5 Docks.

• Support: Dell Limited Hardware Warranty, ProSupport (Next Business Day Onsite, 1 Year; Next Business Day Onsite, 2 Year Extended; 7x24 Technical Support, 3 Years), Dell Limited Hardware Warranty Extended.

• Service: Dell Limited Hardware Warranty, Advanced Exchange Service (3 Years) for docking stations.

• Delivery: Within 30 Calendar Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.

• Period of Performance: As soon as possible - NLT 30 Days ARO.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email to Mary "Abbey" Taylor (mary.a.taylor263.civ@us.navy.mil) no later than the solicitation due date.

• Format: Electronic files must be compatible with Microsoft Office 365 Excel and Adobe PDF. Ensure electronic quotes are virus-free.

• Evaluation: Award will be made on a brand name basis to the vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government, considering both technical and price aspects. The initial quote should contain the best terms.

• Reseller Requirement: Vendors must be authorized resellers of Dell Technologies and provide a current authorized reseller certification.

• Questions Deadline: Questions must be received no later than 10:00 AM EST on June 15, 2025.

• The solicitation is marked as UNRESTRICTED.

• The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334111.

• Invoices must be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

• Government Inspection and final acceptance will be performed by NSMRL.
