- Building 532: A vacant 3-story student barrack (90,471 sq ft, built 1968) with a partial basement.
- Building 132H: A vacant 4-story student barrack (96,117 sq ft, built 1999). Demolition includes all foundation walls, footings, column footings, and associated utilities. Foundations must be removed approximately 3 feet below finished grade, with basement slabs broken for drainage and filled.
Key Requirements:
- Hazardous Materials: Conduct hazardous material surveys for both buildings (environmental report for B532 available, KTR to survey B132H) and perform abatement (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint).
- Site Restoration: Restore sites to clean, level, graded, and seeded conditions, complying with the NSGL Soil Management Plan.
- Salvage: Salvage specific items like fire alarm panels, radio transmitters, and Knox boxes.
