  • Hazardous Materials: Conduct hazardous material surveys for both buildings (environmental report for B532 available, KTR to survey B132H) and perform abatement (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint).
  • Site Restoration: Restore sites to clean, level, graded, and seeded conditions, complying with the NSGL Soil Management Plan.
