Scope of Work
The requirement involves comprehensive demolition, removal, and site restoration services at two specified locations:
- Olanta Site (Base Bid - CLIN 0001): Includes demolition of all existing structures; grading and restoration of the entire site; earthwork (removing 570 cubic yards of aggregate base, providing and grading 570 cubic yards of topsoil fill); removal of 600 linear feet of chain-link fence and 3,200 linear feet of t-post/barbed wire fence; structural demolition (two lightning towers, two concrete tower footings, one concrete slab); electrical demolition (underground electric service, electrical racks/pole, 23 ground rods, 1,000 linear feet of ground ring); and hydroseeding 3,500 square yards of disturbed areas.
- Kingstree Site (Optional Bid - CLIN 0002): Involves demolition of all existing structures (except for existing gravel which must remain); removal of 600 linear feet of chain-link fence and 2,100 linear feet of t-post/barbed wire fence; structural demolition (two lightning towers, two concrete tower footings, one concrete slab); electrical demolition (underground electric service, electrical racks/pole, 23 ground rods, 1,000 linear feet of ground ring); providing and grading 200 cubic yards of topsoil fill; and hydroseeding 1,200 square yards of impacted areas.
General requirements applicable to both sites include mobilization of personnel and equipment, legal disposal of all demolition debris off-site, adherence to all applicable safety protocols and standards, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
