- Locating, removing, and disposing of all underground septic systems, onsite wells, and fuel oil/propane tanks.
- Removal and disposal of any remaining appliances.
- Demolition materials (stone, concrete, masonry rubble) may be buried on-site if compliant with local/state laws; all other materials must be hauled off-site.
- Returning all affected areas (excluding existing gravel driveways) to a safe, level grade and seeding with grass.
