Scope of Work

Adherence to various Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), building codes (UBC, IBC, Southern Standard), Air Force Standards, DOD Directives, Florida State Statutes, FDOT, Tyndall AFB Facility Excellence Plan, NEC, OSHA, DEP, EPA, and ADA Compliance Requirements is mandatory, with the most stringent requirements applying in case of conflict. The period of performance is estimated at 365 calendar days.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made using Trade-Off, best value procedures. The complete Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available exclusively on SAM.gov via the PIEE Solicitation module. Offerors must monitor SAM.gov for the solicitation and any amendments. A site visit is intended, with details provided in Attachment 1 L and M Demo 19 of the solicitation.
