Contractors must coordinate with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), adhere to safety regulations (EM 385-1-1), and manage base access for personnel. A site visit is highly recommended to ensure accurate calculations. The building is expected to be unoccupied during the work, except for rooms 104 and 106.
