Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Evaluation factors include:
- Timeliness: Quotation received by the closing date and time.
- Price: Must be submitted on the attached SF1449.
- Technical: Proposed menu for each meal, and reasonable assurance of being in the primary catering business or having agreements with catering entities. The meal preparation location must comply with local food handling laws.
- Past Performance: May be used if necessary, but not required unless specifically requested.
- Compliance: Adherence to all solicitation and PWS requirements. Award will be made without discussions, though the Government reserves the right to hold them. Quotations must be valid for at least 15 days after the closing date.
