Scope of Work
The MAARNG RRB requires a high-performance, large-format production printing system to replace an existing end-of-life device. The printer will be used by the Marketing Section to produce localized Recruiting Promotional Items (RPI), such as banners, window/floor graphics, and wall coverings. This equipment is critical for generating awareness, enhancing rapport, and generating leads for enlistment into the MAARNG. The confirmed model is the XP-640.
Key Requirements
- Product: One (1) high-performance, large-format production printing system (XP-640 model).
- Functionality: Max 1800 dpi (CMYK), max print width 63", max print thickness 39.3mil (w/ liner).
- Software: Versaworks 7 RIP software (or Mac equivalent) and professional training.
