- Meeting minimum standard requirements of the U.S. Marshals Service for facility operations.
- Providing housing, safekeeping, and subsistence, including three nutritionally balanced meals daily (accommodating dietary needs).
- Ensuring full medical care within the detention facility, with the contractor being financially responsible for this care.
- Notifying CBP of any activity likely to result in litigation, alleged criminal activity, or detainee escape, and using all reasonable means to apprehend escapees.

Submission Requirements & Notes
Bidders must submit quotes for the county where their facility is located, following instructions in the attached SF-18 solicitation. Required attachments include a Past Performance Questionnaire, Site Specific Statement, and Price Quote Template.
