Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, certified technicians, specialized DOT-compliant heavy-duty boom trucks, equipment, consumables, PPE, replacement tires, replacement tracks, and incidentals. Services include the removal and replacement of tires and tracks on various park equipment, such as Wheel Loaders (Cat 950K, Cat 924G, Volvo L90H), Motor Graders (Cat 140M2, John Deere 672G), an Equipment Trailer (Landoll 318D), a Skip Loader (John Deere 210K), Backhoes (John Deere 410J, Cat 430), and a Mini Excavator (Cat 305E2 - rubber tracks). The work also involves pre-service inspection, procurement, delivery, mobilization, safe demounting, rim inspection, mounting, inflation in OSHA-compliant restraining devices, torquing, track installation, undercarriage inspection, and disposal of removed tires.

Special Requirements & Notes
- All replacement tires and tracks must meet or exceed OEM specifications and be suitable for severe desert conditions (temperatures >120°F, abrasive sand, alkaline dust). Specific construction and tread classifications are required for different equipment types.
- A minimum 12-month warranty is required for all parts and services.
- Compliance with OSHA, ANSI/ASME, ASTM, NFPA, FMCSA, and SAE standards is mandatory.
