This service must be logically segmented from the VA production network, supporting LEADS access only, and adhering to Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and VA security requirements. Key deliverables include:
- Providing a minimum of 10-20 Mbps dedicated bandwidth.
- Installing any necessary new fiber or copper cabling and providing certification test results.
- Ensuring personnel accessing LEADS-connected infrastructure are CJIS-screened.
