Quick Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Marion VA Health Care System, is soliciting proposals for VPN Ethernet Transport Services to facilitate access to the Illinois Law Enforcement Agencies Data System (LEADS 3.0). This opportunity anticipates a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Proposals are due April 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Key deliverables include:

  • Providing a minimum of 10-20 Mbps dedicated bandwidth.
  • Installing any necessary new fiber or copper cabling and providing certification test results.
  • Ensuring personnel accessing LEADS-connected infrastructure are CJIS-screened.
  • Supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA) for LEADS application access.
