• Set-aside/NAICS Code: A final decision has not been made; DHS is in the early market research phase and welcomes industry feedback.

Potential bidders should note the requirement for FedRAMP High authorization, the contractor's responsibility for data migration and cleansing, and the consideration of teaming agreements. The lack of a determined set-aside or NAICS code indicates the opportunity is still in early market research.
