The Department of State's Office of Policy, Planning, and Resources for Public Diplomacy (R/PPR) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify technology and data access providers capable of delivering Digital Analytics solutions for Countering Foreign Adversarial Propaganda. Scope of Work

The Department is interested in solutions that provide:

  • Data Access: Ability to access and analyze global digital and social media data in near real-time, with language translation, narrative visualization, and customizable data sources.
  • Analytics: Integrated quantitative and qualitative tools, including digital network analysis, AI-enabled forensic image analysis, deep fake and synthetic media detection, and the capability to link digital activity to real-world events. Tailored monitoring dashboards and custom analytic tool development are also desired.
  • Digital Media Forensics: Including deep fake detection and assessing linkages between online activity and real-world behavior.
  • Compliance: Solutions must be FedRamp compliant.
