  • Phase Noise Performance: Residual Phase Noise Floor at 100 MHz Carrier must meet or exceed -121 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz, -178 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, and -194 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz offset.
  • Frequency Stability & Metrology: Must compute Allan Variance (ADEV), Overlapped Allan Variance, Hadamard Variance (HDEV), and Overlapped Hadamard Variance, with specific residual Allan Deviation requirements.
  • Features: Integrated ultra-low noise internal reference oscillators (OCXOs), spurious detection, and Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45) interface.
  • Physical: Benchtop chassis, maximum 4U height (19-inch rack compatible).
