Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive logistic services for U.S. Government diplomatic pouch shipments within the Russian Federation. This includes:
- In-country customs clearance.
- Pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Outbound Shipment Services: Transportation, customs duties, loading/unloading, and reporting for mail from the Embassy to the airport, including fuel and security charges.
- Inbound Shipment Services: Transportation, loading/unloading of mail from the airport to the Embassy, administrative/handling charges, and airport fees (billed at exact rates without markups).
- Storage Fees for inbound shipments.
- Delivery/Pick Up Fees for round trips between the airport and embassy.
- Special handling for perishable (cold-chain) shipments.
