Contract Details
This will result in multiple IDIQ contracts with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The Period of Performance is from August 2, 2026, to August 1, 2029, comprising a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. A minimum contract value of $3,000.00 per contract applies, unless more than two contracts are awarded. The opportunity is UNRESTRICTED with NAICS Code 483111 (Deep Sea Freight Transportation). Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be submitted through a two-phase process. Offerors must utilize the provided Attachment II – Pricing Template. Non-price factors are weighted equally and are significantly more important than price.
