This document provides responses to vendor questions regarding a procurement for DISC assessment training services for the NLEC (Naval Education and Training Command) Enlisted Leader Development (ELD) program.

• Assessment Provider: Vendors are permitted to use their own DISC assessment platforms, provided they are NMCI compatible and meet security requirements. Alliance Training uses the EPIC platform.
• Training Intent: The primary goal is to provide facilitator-level instruction so participants can teach DISC within the ELD courses, not just strengthen personal understanding.
• Participant Outcome: Participants must be able to administer assessments and be certified in DISC. Facilitator certification in the DISC behavioral framework is sufficient; certification through a specific vendor (e.g., TTI, Wiley) is not required.

This solicitation is for the procurement of 50 seats for the DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) training program to train facilitators for the Naval Leadership and Ethics Command (NLEC) at Naval Station San Diego, CA. The training aims to enhance self-awareness and awareness of others among enlisted leaders.
