District Warehouse Exterior Renovation

• Civil Site Work: Grading, asphalt paving, erosion control, utility installation/relocation, asphalt painting, and signage installation.
• Concrete & Masonry: Concrete placement, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) repair, and repair of existing exterior concrete masonry unit joints around windows on the east and south sides.
• Exterior Features: Removal and replacement of existing bollards, existing tree removal, and raising exterior equipment.
• Doors & Windows: Installation of new doors, repair of window and louver screens, and removal/replacement of exterior personnel and overhead doors, including branch circuit power supply and controls.
• Structural & Electrical: Removal and replacement of metal wall panels, electrical and mechanical system installation, and counterpoise installation/connection work.
• Support Services: Security services, mobilization, and demobilization.
• Option Item: Removal and replacement of damaged insulation, contingent on discovery and COR determination. The work encompasses all direct and indirect costs, including profit, risk, and contingency. Areas utilized by the contractor within DoD property must be returned to original or improved condition.
