Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within DLA DS Mid-America locations is consistently operational through preventive and corrective maintenance services, thereby supporting daily operations and customer service.

• Provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) services, including annual inspections, fluid checks, lubrication, and replacement of normal wear parts as per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals.

• Provide Corrective Maintenance (CM) services, including assessment, troubleshooting, and repair of MHE deficiencies.

• Perform annual testing requirements for MHE.

• Maintain and service electric-powered equipment, associated batteries, and charging stations.

• Use lock-out/tag-out procedures during maintenance.

• PM services to be completed within ten (10) business days of commencement, unless otherwise coordinated.

• CM assessments to be completed within five (5) business days of notification.

• CM repairs to be completed within five (5) business days of receiving necessary parts, unless extended approval is granted.

• Contractor must provide weekly status updates on repairs to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).

• Contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contract period: One (1) 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods, not to exceed three (3) years.

• Place of Performance: DLA DS Mid-America locations (San Antonio, Hood, Sill, Riley, Colorado Springs) on USG premises to the maximum extent possible.

• Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials.
