This includes grades such as MON-3, MON-3 Ultra Low, MON-10, MON-15, and MON-25, to be delivered on an FOB Origin basis. The material must conform to MIL-PRF-26539G w/Amendment 1 (dated April 19, 2017) and may require compliance with military, aerospace, safety, transportation, purity, and quality assurance standards.
Capability Information Requested
Interested small businesses should provide:

- Description of existing plant/facility (location, operational status, production capacity, scalability, permits).
- Experience producing N2O4, MON oxidizers, aerospace propellants, or related hazardous oxidizer chemicals.
