Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for designing and executing a safe, engaging, and memorable Family Day event for DLA employees and their families, themed "America250." Key activities include a balanced mix of youth, family, and adult-oriented activities, including a "Kid Zone," inflatable and physical activities (e.g., bouncy houses, obstacle courses, slides), and family-friendly entertainment (e.g., carnival games, petting zoo, performers). Coordination with DLA Police, Fort Belvoir Fire Department, and building management is required. Contractor personnel must meet Fort Belvoir security and access requirements.

Eligibility & Notes
