Amendment / Modification

• Attachment 5 PEL Revisions (Amendment 0005): This attachment provides clarifications based on vendor questions regarding TAA compliance, alternate item submissions, and details specific items removed from the Price Evaluation List (PEL).

• Revised Pricing Submission: The official pricing spreadsheet has been replaced with Attachment 1 Price Evaluation Book (Amendment 0005).xlsx. The Price Evaluation List (PEL) has been reduced from 75 to 72 items, and quantities for Line 1 have been corrected to reflect package counts.

• Completeness Requirement: Proposals must include pricing for all 72 items on the "PEL AMENDMENT 0005" tab, unless an acceptable alternative item is provided.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0005) to Solicitation SPE2DH-25-R-0001 is organized into two primary sections:

• Section I: Clarifications: Provides vendor clarifications on Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliance, alternate item submissions, and details specific items removed from the Price Evaluation List (PEL).
