Scope of Support
The RFI seeks capabilities for:
- Technical, project, analytical, program, and supply chain management support for policy and compliance in OM&S, PP&E, and AM.
- Management of all OM&S and PP&E/AM functions, including policy development, financial and physical accountability, training, performance monitoring, and process improvements.
- Warehousing and delivery of materials and equipment.
A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) further outlines requirements, including:
- Warehouse Operations: Central shipping/receiving, local pickup/delivery, material accountability (N-ERP), physical inventories, requisition/shipping document creation, and dunnage disposal.
- Facility & Equipment: Provision of a warehouse facility within 30 miles of NSWCDD DNA, Virginia Beach, VA, meeting specific size/environmental requirements, operable within 90 days. Provision of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and enclosed trucks.
- Logistics: Coordination of deliveries to various locations (e.g., military bases, contractor sites).
- Program Management: Support for regulatory review, documentation, process implementation, action item tracking, meeting facilitation, and customer interaction reporting.
- Security: Minimum SECRET personnel and facility clearances are required.
Place of Performance
The primary warehouse facility will be in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia, within 30 miles of NSWCDD DNA, Virginia Beach, VA. Current NSWCDD DNA warehouse locations include Virginia Beach, VA; Yorktown, VA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Chesapeake, VA; and Norfolk, VA.
