Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To service, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and make repairs to the switchgear and downstream electrical distribution equipment in the Stewart Lee Udall Building.

• Provides for management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services for Annual, Quarterly, and Triennial Preventive Maintenance (PM), testing, inspection, calibration, adjustments, repairs, and replacement of electrical distribution system equipment.

• Includes all Emergency Services and PEPCO Support calls.

• Maintenance to be performed in accordance with DOI requirements, equipment manufacturer specifications, and referenced publications/standards, with the most stringent requirements taking precedence.
