Scope of Work
The contractor shall:
- Furnish thirty-six new 208V AC, 50/60 Hz, 15 amp, two-burner cooktops (black or white, similar to or better than Kenyon Model B41694, with safety features like heat limiting, on-indicator, and hot burner indicator lights).
- Remove existing cooktops from dormitory quad rooms.
- Dispose of removed cooktops off-base in compliance with federal/state hazardous waste regulations.
- Install new cooktops, including necessary electrical connections and countertop modifications for proper fit.
- Perform functional testing of each installed unit.
- Clean the workplace daily by 4:00 PM.
- Product delivery and installation must begin no later than 30 calendar days after purchase receipt, with installation not exceeding 5 business days. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
