Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The primary objective is to supply and install new GFI protected electrical circuits and four (4) duplex receptacles in each east and west end ground floor stairwell of eight (8) Unaccompanied Military Housing buildings at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC. The new receptacles will provide safe, accessible power for authorized use, specifically intended to serve bike racks.

• Project Magnitude: Install a new 20-amp GFI protected circuit and four (4) duplex receptacles in each of the two (2) stairwells per building.

• Circuit Installation: Route a new dedicated 20-amp, 120-volt, GFI protected circuit from the building's electrical panel to each stairwell. • Materials must be new, defect-free, and listed/labeled by a nationally recognized testing laboratory (NRTL).

• Daily cleanup of work areas is required.

• Daily progress reports are required.

• Location: Unaccompanied Military Housing, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC.

• Performance: Work to be performed on a building-by-building basis. Each facility must be completed within ten (10) calendar days of commencement.

• Total Period of Performance: 90 calendar days.

• Contractor Requirements: Designate an on-site Project Lead. Develop and maintain a project schedule. Coordinate site access with Government POC/COR at least three (3) calendar days in advance.

• Property Protection: Protect all government property and resident walkways.
