Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit quotes via email, structured into three volumes, with a total page limit of 30 pages:
- Volume I (Price): Utilize "COMBO ATTCH 1 - Quote Schedule" for pricing, ensuring dollar values are rounded to the nearest hundredth. Wage Determination 2015-4217 Revision 33 applies.
- Volume II (Technical): Address subfactors including Technical Approach, Staffing Plan, Resourcing Plan, Proof of Insurance, and Quality Control Plan, referencing the PWS.
- Volume III (Past Performance): Provide information for up to three recent and relevant contracts using "COMBO ATTCH 3 - Present Past Performance Information."
