Scope of Requirement
Moody AFB requires mobile transportation with a delivery deadline of no later than June 23, 2026. The minimum functional requirements include:
- Seating for at least 24 personnel.
- Providing storage capacity. These requirements can be met through multiple vehicles or alternative vehicle types.
The preferred solution consists of six (6) Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) with the following minimum characteristics:
- Four-seat configuration.
- Four-wheel design.
- Roof/overhead protection.
- Small cargo bed. Vendors whose solutions do not match this preferred configuration will still be considered. No additional performance characteristics (speed, towing, engine type) will be evaluated.
