Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must provide pricing for all individual line items on the SF1449 form. Quotes will be evaluated to identify the most technically advantageous solution. The proposed price will then be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Award will be made to the highest technically rated offeror, provided the price is fair and reasonable; tradeoffs will not be conducted. Offerors must agree to hold prices for 90 calendar days from the receipt of offers. Early deliveries will be accepted.
