Scope of Work
The requirement is for a non-personal services maintenance contract to provide a Total Care Maintenance Service Agreement for Draeger Anesthesia units, including models like ATLAN A350/A350XL XGM, Fabius TIRO w COSY 2.6, and Vamos/Vamos Plus. Services encompass all resources, labor, travel, parts, materials, equipment, and management necessary for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and exchange services according to manufacturer's specifications. The contractor must use only OEM replacement parts and install necessary firmware/hardware/software updates. Service personnel must be factory-trained, certified, have a minimum of two years' experience, and possess access to Draeger Service Connect.
Performance Standards
Key performance standards include two semi-annual PM and calibration verification checks, completion of scheduled services within four working days, and on-site response to unscheduled requests within two working days. Telephonic support is required within 2-4 hours during normal duty hours, or within six hours for emergencies. All worn or defective parts must be replaced at no additional cost to the Government, and 100% of preventative maintenance must be completed per OEM specifications.
