Quick Summary
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) has released a DRAFT Solicitation for a Single Source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for STEM Pipeline Outreach activities. This opportunity seeks to develop and implement STEM outreach to inspire and cultivate a sustainable STEM talent pool for the Department of Defense. Feedback on the draft documents was requested by February 6, 2026, with Questions & Answers (Q&A) subsequently released on March 26, 2026.
Scope of Work
This IDIQ will provide STEM Outreach Support Services for the AFRL STEM Division. The overarching scope includes expert personnel, resources, and solutions for various activities such as:

- Organizing events, conferences, and providing social media expertise.
- Delivering certified educational and teaching services, including curriculum development.
- Providing IM/IT support, web design, videography, and photography.
- Assisting with logistics, facility coordination, and equipment maintenance.
- Conducting studies, analyses, and developing project roadmaps.

The initial Task Order 1 (TO1) focuses on STEM Outreach Support Services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio, and the Greater Dayton Area, including operating Building 196. This includes managing specific projects like "Wizards of Wright!", FIRST LEGO League, SEMEDS, and Job Shadow Day.
