• Comparison Pricing: New unit price and delivery lead-time for comparison.
• Price Reduction: Contractors must propose a price reduction amount per unit per month for failure to meet RTAT.
• Authorized Distributor: Offerors must provide proof of being an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer's item.
