Personnel must be trained, certified (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), from an authorized retailer of the new units, and have at least 7 years of documented experience in Air Conditioning systems.

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical submissions (Volume I) require a description of understanding, a plan, and past performance documentation (5-page limit). Pricing submissions (Volume II) require a fully executed SF 1442. Past performance, including data from CPARS and SPRS, will be considered as part of technical acceptability. Partial proposals will not be accepted.
