The contractor is responsible for bi-weekly sewage tank pumping (Tuesdays and Thursdays by 0900) and a 1-hour response time for any bathroom repairs at no additional cost. Work includes replacing doors, partitions, toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, plumbing, mirrors, ceiling tiles, diffusers, lights, and wall tile. All sanding must be dustless, utilizing a HEPA filtering system.
- Conference Room Repairs: Tasks include replacing door and window glass, frosting door glass, removing wallpaper, painting, replacing mold-contaminated drywall, and recarpeting with 2'x2' carpet squares. Cove base and transition strips will also be replaced.
