- Filling processes must be conducted in lifts not exceeding 12 inches, compacted to a minimum of 90% of the maximum dry density, with soil testing required every 2,000 sq ft or 500 cubic yards per lift.
- No topographic survey or landscaping is required. Excess dirt can be used on-site.
