Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services for the Bureau of Reclamation's Leadville Water Treatment Plant to sustain the building's overall indoor air quality, equipment reliability, operation efficiency, and employee comfort.

• Perform monthly and quarterly Preventative Maintenance (PM) services.

• Perform periodic Corrective Maintenance (CM) services in response to unexpected outages.

• Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and supplies for HVAC PM and CM services.

• Services include changing belts and filters, cleaning coils, lubricating motors, testing controls, responding to outages, and replacing components.
