Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide operations and maintenance support for the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) electronic filing/case management system (eCRB), which was constructed in 2016. The system is used for electronic submission, dissemination, management, tracking, and reporting of litigation-related documents and orders.

• Provide hosting, licensing, operation, and maintenance for the eCRB system.
